Terms and Conditions of Booking
- Deposit: A deposit of £50 is required with your booking. This is non-refundable
should the tour be cancelled within four weeks of the tour date. I can accept
credit cards.
Cancellations :- between four and two weeks of
the tour date a half fee is payable
- less than two weeks before the tour date 75% of the fee
is
payable
- within three days of the tour full fee is
payable.
Invoice: I will provide an invoice on the first day of the tour. Fees are normally
payable on the last day of the tour unless a payment term is agreed in advance.
A working microphone must be provided
Participants on walking tours must have footwear/waterproofs etc.
suitable for that tour and appropriate mobility.

Check out my availability for the dates you require.
If you want a detailed itinerary I will be pleased to provide one. Tour
planning will be charged at £10 per hour but any fees so incurred will be
deducted from the tour invoice should the tour go ahead.
